I. Tribal Education is in search of
teacher, administrator or parent to attend the J.O.M. Conference in
Washington D.C. January 31 to Feb. 3? Ideas? Contact Dana Hewankorn

Muffins with Moms- Community Breakfast Monday Dec. 7 from 7:30-8:30.
We will be showing the facility powerpoint. We will also have our
traditional presentations from administrative staff. Jason, Dan, Shawn,
Jake, PTO, IEC. At 8 am we will be presenting our law enforcement
thank you and appreciation from our SSC and MBI groups. I will need
representatives from every building to be prepared to hold the sign and
thank our law enforcement. The MBI and SCC students should be there by
7:50 so we can organize. Newspaper will be present for picture and
story. We will also announce building and grounds meeting on Tuesday.
III. Building and Grounds Meeting: Dec. 8, 4 pm, Tuesday -Public Walk-through
a. Walk-Through 4 pm Facility and Grounds Tour-Starting in the board room
b. Prioritize Facility Needs for Bond -Spring Election
c. For everything we want to do it is projected and estimated at 8.5 million. Therefore,
tough decisions will need to be made.
d. I will contact and invite community folks to the meeting
IV. Board Reports are due Wed. Dec. 9
V. Holiday Concerts - Dec. 14 Elem. and Dec. 15 MS/HS
VI. Second Round of Vaccinations Dec. 17 from 1-3 pm in HS Commons - Students must have vaccinations up to date by Jan. 4 or could be denied access to school. Action is mandatory and urgent to meet this state requirement.
